$8m Warehouse Refurbishment into New Head Office for Oz Minerals.
Crackerjack completed the design and documentation for the structural modification to the existing warehouse at Adelaide Airport Export Park. This included strengthening the existing steel framed roof to support acoustic treatments, new roof cladding and designing and number of internal separate mezzanine structures forming office spaces and screening.
We also completed the design documentation to the approx. 100 space carpark adjacent to the site for Oz Minerals employees and guests.
