$35m Goulburn Aquatic Centre Redevelopment.
Crackerjack were appointed to complete the Civil, Structural & Aquatic design for a new two-storey aquatic/leisure facility with four indoor pools comprising:
- 25m indoor,
- warm water pool (WWP),
- Learn-to-Swim (LTS) pool, and
- indoor water play.
We also completed the civil/structural design for the gym facilities, surrounding carpark, OSD (On Site Stormwater Detention) & water treatment to meet Sydney Water requirements.
Project completed to 100% Tender. D&C (design & construct) contract procurement chosen by client.
