$4m THE SPACE, New Build Occupational Therapy For Children (OTFC) with Multi Purpose Gym/Rehabilitation Spaces, Consultant & Assessment Rooms.

Crackerjack were appointed by OTFC PTY Ltd as the civil/structural engineers to deliver this facility utilising precast walls, steel framing with intricate design of vierendeel girder trusses forming the main gym roof and cantilevered vierendeel girders forming the 1st floor consultant rooms.

Crackerjack also completed the at ground stormwater design, carpark design and surface finish design, access road and cross over.
