Approx. $50m Kensington Community Aquatic & Recreation Centre (KCARC) redevelopment.

Crackerjack were appointed by City of Melbourne to develop the aquatic schematic documentation for design and construct (D&C) procurement.

Aquatic design services for three pools included a refurbished indoor 25m pool, refurbished & extended indoor Learn-to-Swim (LTS) and a new indoor waterplay pool.

Post award of contract Crackerjack have been retained by City of Melbourne and are providing client side peer review services.
