$65m Northern Aquatic & Community Hub (NACH), Geelong.
Crackerjack were appointed by City of Greater Geelong (CoGG) to complete the Civil, Structural & Aquatic design for a new two storey leisure complex, surrounding carpark and landscaping incorporating OSD (On Site Stormwater Detention). The design included four indoor pools & waterslides:
- 25m indoor
- Learn-to-Swim (LTS)
- warm water (WWP)
- indoor water play & leisure pool (IWP).
The development was awarded 5 Green Star accreditation making it the first indoor aquatic centre to be awarded this accreditation.
Due for completion late 2023.
