$8m Warehouse Refurbishment into New Head Office for Oz Minerals.
CJCE completed the design and documentation for the structural modification to the existing warehouse at Adelaide Airport Export Park, strengthening the existing steel framed roof to support acoustic treatments, new roof cladding and designing and number of internal mezzanine structures forming office spaces and screening. We also completed the design documentation to the approx. 100 space carpark adjacent to the site for Oz Minerals Staff.
