$4 million THE SPACE, New Build Occupational Therapy For Children with Multi Purpose Gym/Rehabilitation Spaces, Consultant & Assessment Rooms.
CJCE were appointed as the civil/structural engineers to deliver this facility utilising precast walls, steel framing with intricate design of vierendeel girder trusses forming the main gym roof and cantilevered vierendeel girders forming the 1st floor consultant rooms. CJCE also completed the at ground stormwater design, carpark design and surface finish design as well as the access road and cross over.
