CJCE completed the civil/structural design documentation for the stormwater, undercroft carpark, loading dock, footing design and superstructure design which included the first suspended polished concrete retail store slab in SA. The roof and mezzanine structures were a combination of composite and braced steel frames, stabilised by precast concrete shear walls.
